If you have a long ride planned and want to ensure that your phone, GPS, other devices don't run out of juice, then look no further! Busch & Müller has developed the E-WERK, which connects to your dynamo hub and converts your cycling energy into charge for your devices.
A step up from the USB-WERK, the E-WERK power output can be adjusted variably in small increments. It charges at velocities of approx. 8 km/h and faster. At around 15 km/h it charges as quickly as standard mains connected chargers. It can be fed with up to 50 V DC, so that it can also be used with an e-bike or car battery.
The E-WERK comes with a variety of charging cables, is ultra small and light weight, and attaches easily to any bike frame.
