Ride Out of the Box
Our Ride Out of the Box service means your bike is professionally tuned at our headquarters by an experienced mechanic, strapped to a custom-built pallet, and securely wrapped for protection. Your bike arrives assembled, safety tested, and 100% ready-to-ride.
You must be home to receive the delivery; the driver will contact you to arrange delivery details beforehand. Delivery times vary based on location, and range from 1–4 weeks (excluding customs delays and train derailments).
Destinations
We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. We only ship to residential or commercial addresses, but we don’t ship to P.O. boxes or cruise ships.
Carriers
Our shipping carriers include FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar, or NRBI (Toronto only). In-store pickup is also available for local customers. Carriers are selected at checkout; if your order qualifies for free shipping, the carrier is selected at our discretion.
Fees
Bikes: Each bike has its own carrier calculated rate. Shipping rates are based on the total order weight and destination, and are calculated by the carrier at checkout.
Parts + Accessories: All orders over $150 CAD are eligible for free shipping. Shipping rates are based on the total order weight and destination, and are calculated by the carrier at checkout.
Processing
Please allow 2–3 weeks to process (build and test) bikes for our Ride Out of the Box service. Please allow 1–3 business days to process parts and accessories.
Tracking
All orders ship from our headquarters in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information (excluding NRBI local delivery and local pick-up).
