The Busch & Muller Toplight Flat S Permanent is a European urban cycling favourite. It bolts permanently to nearly all rear pannier racks, is super bright and lasts ages. Its clever design diffuses the light across a super high reflector meaning you're extra-visible to drivers. Bolted to the rear rack, the Toplight is designed for permanent theft-resistant installation.
