WARRANTY:

At Curbside we ride our products to make sure they are ready for Toronto's frigid weather and potholed streets. Our vendors are equally committed. They not only make the best stuff, they offer the industries best warranties which we proudly stand behind.

ALL DEVINCI, SURLY, SIMCOE, PURE CITY, DAHON, PURE FIX AND RALEIGH BIKES:

  • LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS ON ALL FRAMES AND FORKS
  • ONE YEAR WARRANTY FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS ON ALL PARTS
    • Excludes wear and tear on items like tires, tubes, grips and brake pads

ALL BABBOE, ACHIELLE, AND BROMPTON BIKES:

  • FIVE YEAR WARRANTY FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS ON ALL FRAMES AND FORKS
  • ONE YEAR WARRANTY FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS ON ALL PARTS
    • Excludes wear and tear on items like tires, tubes, grips and brake pads

ACCESSORIES:

  • ONE YEAR WARRANTY FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS ON ALL ACCESSORIES UNLESS PUBLISHED OTHERWISE BY MANUFACTURER

Please note that all sale and clearance items are final sale and not subject to refund or exchange. 

 

RETURNS:

 

We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges happen, and we are here to make sure that our process is as easy as possible. First, we do not charge restocking fees, our return policy is a break-even policy, not a chance to make money! Second, we offer a very standard return or exchanges for up to 30 days from your purchase. If 30 days have passed we cannot offer neither an exchange or a refund. Third, we need to resell whatever you return, so, please make sure that the product is back in its original and looks as good as new. 

 

BIKES

  •   All Ride out of the Box™ bicycle shipments where bike is in new condition and packaging tension straps are uncut and under original tension may be returned or exchanged in original packaging.
  • All Ride out of the Box™ bicycle shipments where bike is new condition and tension straps have been cut or detached must be professionally boxed in a standard bicycle box. (Note, this can reduce return shipping costs).

ACCESSORIES:

  •   Must be like new and in original packaging.

Sounds fair? Perfect! All you need to do now is fill out our return form so that we can pre-qualify the return or exchange. After the form is filled out it might take 2-3 business days for us to get back to you (especially in Spring when its quite busy!). In some cases we might ask you to help us by sending a photo of the product as well.

If pre-qualified (which is not the same thing as pre-approved!) we will send you a return label which you just need to neatly affix to the box. When your item arrives back at Curbside HQ we will send you an email letting you know we got it and whether the refund is approved or rejected. From here it can take up to 2-3 business days to refund or exchange the item and 2-3 weeks for any bike purchased (this delay is due to our carriers return invoicing cycle).

Please note that all return logistical costs including return shipping, applicable duties, and brokerage will be deducted from your refund amount. The refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment and a receipt will be issued. Also note that some banks take their sweet time with refunds, and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Finally, please note that all sale and clearance items are final sale and not subject to refund or exchange.
