Ride Out of the Box
All of our bikes are professionally tuned at our headquarters by an experienced mechanic, strapped to a custom-built pallet*, and securely wrapped for protection prior to shipping. Your bike arrives assembled, safety tested, and 100% ready-to-ride. This is known as our “Ride Out of the Box” service.
Our Ride-Out-of-the-Box service uses LTL freight delivery. You must be home to receive your delivery; the driver will contact you to arrange delivery details beforehand. Delivery times vary based on location, and range from 1–4 weeks (excluding customs delays and train derailments). Please note: you are responsible for any incurred freight storage charges due to repeated missed deliveries or other circumstances beyond our control.
*The exception is our Brompton folding bikes, which are shipped securely in their own boxes, without a pallet.

Bikes
Shipping fees for bikes are based on the total weight and destination of the order, and are calculated at checkout. Please note: We offer free shipping on all Brompton folding bikes.
Parts + Accessories
We offer free shipping on all parts and accessories across Canada (excluding the territories) on orders of $25 and over. For inquiries into subsidized shipping to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Nunavik, please contact our shipping department.
Destinations
We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. We will only ship to residential or commercial addresses; we will not ship to P.O. boxes or cruise ships.
Processing
Bikes
Please allow 2–3 weeks for us to build, tune, and test your bike. Once we book your freight delivery, you will be notified by email within 24 hours. Any additional items on your order will be included with your palletized bike unless otherwise communicated.
Parts and Accessories
Please allow 1–3 business days to process parts and accessories. Please note: We do not process orders, for pick up or delivery, on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

For our bike shipments, we use a variety of LTL freight carriers. Your freight carrier will be selected at our discretion at the time of order fulfillment, and you will be notified in your shipping confirmation email.
Parts + Accessories
For our parts and accessories shipments, we use a variety of national and local couriers. Your courier will be selected at our discretion at the time of order fulfillment, and you will be notified in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking + Delivery
All orders ship from our headquarters in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Delivery times will vary, based on your location, from 3–14 days. For assistance with tracking and delivery, please contact our shipping department. Please note: We are not responsible for missed deliveries; you may be charged additional fees for shipments returned due to a missed delivery.
In-Store Pickup
All in-store pickup orders can be collected during regular business hours, Tuesday–Saturday.
