Genuine Brompton replacement Pedals. You may have noticed the left and right pedals on a Brompton are different. The left hand pedal folds to make the bike smaller when folded and to keep it from hitting your shins when transporting the bike. The right pedal is standard as it sits under the front wheel when folded.

Both pedals are made from hard plastic and have and alloy cage to make the pedals gripper when cycling in wet weather. The folding left pedal was introduced in 2012 and has a much easier folding motion, lower weight and is easier to install/remove.
