The Delta Cargo Elasto Net is perfect for holding cargo securely in place with its four sturdy precision-moulded thermoplastic hooks and durable silicone webbing that won't stretch out like elastic cording. It stretches to nearly three times its width and length for maximum coverage to carry odd-shaped objects on your rear rack, or keep things in your pannier baskets.
