The Busch & Muller T-Bracket is a neat little solution for fitting permanent rack mounted rear lights to racks that do not have fixing holes such as those supplied on Pure City and Linus bikes. Clamp this neat Stainless Steel T bracket to the cross beams on the top of your rack and and you're good to go.
