The Babboe Maxi Cosi bracket provides the perfect base allowing you to safely take your young baby on a bike ride. It has been specially designed by Steco to mount the brilliant Maxi Cosi child seats. The support is suitable for almost all models of Maxi Cosi giving the seat a third dimension allowing you to transfer your seat from car to stroller to bike!

The bracket bolts securely into the floor of the Babboe but is easy to remove so you can still use your Babboe for cargo hauls. When transporting your baby, however, they can be placed comfortably in Maxi-Cosi and securely attached to the bracket. The adaptor is fitted with springs to absorb shocks, from the road which ensures optimum support for the child. The box still has enough room to accommodate two additional young children seated on the bench.

We use UPS in the USA and either UPS, Purolator, Canpar or Canada Post within Canada. Orders may take 1-2 business days to process. A tracking number will be provided by email. US Customers are c harged 5.5% for duties (it appears as "Federal Tax" in your checkout ) on all items, but you are not charged either US or Canadian tax, since neither are legally applicable . In other words, we charge 5.5% duty to all US orders, we pre-pay the duties to US customs (so you don't have to deal with them ), and you don't pay a cent of tax. Not a bad deal, especially considering the strength of the US dollar!

Does the Adaptor require any special tools for installation?

Yes. You will need a Phillips screwdriver and a 10mm wrench.

Is the Adaptor permanent or removable?

The bracket is secured as a permanent fixture to the base of the cargo box but the adaptor itself is easily removable.

How does the Maxi Cost child seat fit into the bracket itself?

The Bracket is supplied with two very strong bungees which hook over the sides of the seat providing a safe and secure fit.

Will it work with other brand child seats?

Yes. We have found that it works with many other brands but we recommend trying first.
