Buying a bike for your kids is often a great conundrum. The conundrum usually concerns some sort of ratio between your kids growth, the price tag, and the fact that you'd like your kid to experience cycling. Most department store bikes take care of rapid growth through low price tags but their heavy frames and parts make for a terrible experience. Most bike store bikes are better but walk the tightrope, adding little value after the kids grow up. Like many things in life you must either go one way or the other. Buy a cheap bike and throw it away or buy a really good bike that has explicitly good resale value. Frog bikes are unapologetically designed for their continuing resale value as they are to be ridden. And, if you can't be bothered with reselling it yourself, we're happy to launch our Frog buy-back program where we give you 50% of the value of your existing Frog bike for another Frog bike.
