The Urban Dry Backpack is Basil's most waterproof backpack/pannier combo bag. The handy hooks for attaching the bag to a rear rack are concealed by a flap above comfortable back padding so they don't get in the way when you're wearing the bag. The backpack is made of a super waterproof tarpaulin material with welded seams, with a zipper enclosure making sure your goods stay dry no matter what conditions you're riding in.
